GK update #1 (in the eyes of Mike Gentile)
By: courtney swan on 11.04.09
So going into a tour every musician has their expectation or assumption of what a tour will be like or should be like. For the most part all tours are very similar, a bunch of kids with the common goal of playing their music and having a good time doing it. for some reason though, this tour has been very different. it has something a lot of other tours haven't had. maybe its all the flying pigs or maybe the entourage of underage girls. maybe its the myriad of bra's zinging around every night during all time low's set. heck, who's to say its not travis's messy red hair, or the abundance of boy to boy love being spread around from the friday night boys. whatever it is, this is shaping up to be one of the more enjoyable touring experiences i've had. So far almost every show has sold out or has been close to selling out. kids have been incredible; so supportive and super fun to hang out with after every show. i dont think its possible for turn outs to get much better then they have been. On the other side of the spectrum, this is such a cool tour to be apart of because every other band and crew member is so much fun to hang out with. everyone gets along effortlessly and just wants to have a great time. to me, thats what its all about. thanks to everyone that has came out, or is planning to. for those of you that took the time to read my bullsh*t, thanks for taking the time to listen :)

Tonight's St Petersberg Fl and the crowd is crazy. Im getting a little break because ATL just started their set kicking it off with Lost In Stereo, and this crowd is way to busy rocking out. The nonstop consumption of junk food is starting to get to me and if i eat one more Chef Boyardee I might die haha ...Anyway these shirts are selling like hot-cakes so if your stopping by a show make sure to come by early! And bring me some real food : ) --- Craig

Craig's Tour Blog 10/25

So this morning I woke up in Orlanda Fl, walked out of the bus and what did I see? Disney World haha. The venue for tonight's show is in the House of Blues located inside of Disney World...its pretty sick. So the past couple days have been kinda hectic, but im beginning to get the hang of things. Last night I paid some dude on the street 5 bucks to do 50 one armed pushups, and he did it which was kinda cool. We were in Fort Lauderdale Fl and it was ridiculously humid, so even more props to him. So after tonight were heading to St Peterberg Florida then I have an off day so ill be sure to post more, and if your coming to see the show make sure to stop by the Glamour Kills booth and say hi!

Craig's Tour Blog 10/21/09

So this is blog numero uno... : ) So far the tours going awesome. Im living on the bus with We The Kings and they're really nice dudes. My back is in serious pain from reorganizing the boxes in the semi, but other than that life is good. Had a off day yeaterday and it was freakin awsome. Played some golf with a couple of the bands, did some skateboarding and even got to take a real shower inside the hotel! Anyway theres tons more to touring than just selling shirts and playing golf, so next time ill be sure to get little more in-depth on my experience : ) ---Craig
