1. We do! We also accept cash and money orders. To order just download our handy mail in order form, fill it out and mail it to us. Make sure you read the form over carefully so we can get you your products as quickly as possible.

2. We pull live shipping rates from the United States Postal Service to bring you the most accurate shipping cost possible. Since shipping is based on weight additional items will lead to a higher shipping cost. You can view your total cost of shipping at the checkout screen before purchasing to see the exact amount you will be charged.
3. International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the distance traveled. Please note that customs in your country may impose a customs charge for you to pick up your package-especially large orders. This charge is not in any way related to Glamour Kills. For more information contact your local post office to find your countries specific policies on international trade.
4. Most countries place import taxes on goods arriving from other countries. Quite simply an extra fee is added because the product was not made in your country. This customs charge is NOT applied to all packages and tends to be applied mostly to large orders but all packages shipped internationally may incur a customs tax regardless of their cost, weight, or size. This fee is in no way related to Glamour Kills Clothing. For more information on this contact your local post office.
5. Please email customerservice@glamourkills.com with your order ID number and address change as soon as you can. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is mailed.
6. In most cases orders ship out within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order (holidays and special events may delay shipping times a bit.)
Transit times differ but most orders placed within the continental U.S. arrive within 7-10 days...many orders arrive in only a couple days.
International orders may take an extra 1-2 weeks due to delays from customs and international shipping. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This tracking number does not function when your package is outside of the United States, however this will let you know when your order leaves the country.
7. Try enabling cookies on your web browser. Also confirm that you have your correct login and password. When you create an account we suggest you jot down your login and password in a secure location so you don't forget. If you are still having issues logging in please contact us.
8. Copy and paste a banner code(s) into your myspace, purevolume, buzznet, facebook, live journal or wherever u want. Each code has a unique referral number that is assigned to you upon signing up for an account with glamourkills.com. When copying and pasting code please make sure you are signed into you account to ensure your referral id number is there. When someone clicks on the banner on your page and purchases something from glamourkills.com you will automatically receive a point. Once you receive X amount of points you will be given a special discount code to use on anything you want at www.glamourkills.com to receive your discount code login to your account and click on the banner/refferal page.

Please note: You must be logged into your account to use your discount code. Each code maybe used only once and will only work for the person who has earned the discount.
9. Glamour Kills is available in Zumiez and many other retail outlets in the U.S.A. and abroad. Click on the store locator at the top of our page to find out the closest place to get GK!
10. Our website always shows our current stock. if an item is out of stock it usually takes about 2 weeks for us to restock. Check the website again later and chances are you will find it back in stock. If we are about to discontinue an item it will say clearance or final pressing on it.
11. Yes we do! Every single order that leaves our warehouse is chock full of goodies, like cds, stickers, posters and more.
12. Glamour Kills will ship almost anywhere in the world (including the north pole). To find out the cost of shipping simply complete the checkout screen. Our shipping calculator will calculate the shipping based on your address and will display the results.
13. If you would like to return/exchange anything simply download our return/exchange form, fill it out, and mail it to us along with the clothing in question.

14. All returns are honored up to 30 days of the original purchase date, and must be returned in New Condition (not worn, or washed)

16. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days via standard USPS, and should take 7-10 business days to receive. International orders generally take about 2 weeks to arrive. Once you place your order an email will be sent to the address in the billing info. This email will contain tracking info that you can use to follow your orders progress, as well as important information about your order. Make sure you don't delete it!
