1. Where's my order and how do I track my order?
In most cases, orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the items description.
Delays may be caused by Special Events or Holidays.
Transit times may vary, but most orders ground shipped within the Domestic United States will arrive within 2-8 business days.
Any order outside of the Domestic United States may take an extra 1-3 weeks to arrive due to customs and carry-over delays.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number attached. You can go to USPS.com to track this
package further.
2. How is the shipping total determined for an order within the domestic United States?
All orders leave our warehouse via USPS unless otherwise noted. Domestic shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the package, the number of items in the order, and the distance traveled. Handling is also included into your shipping total. You can view your total cost of shipping at the check out screen before purchasing to see the exact amount you will be charged and to help you to decide which shipping method is best for you. 3. How much will it cost me to ship internationally?
International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and the distance traveled. Please note that each countries customs charges will vary. This charge is not in any way related to Glamour Kills. For more information please review question 4 below.
4. Do I have to pay a customs charge to receive my International/over-seas package? Why do i have to pay this when i already paid shipping and handling?

5. I don't have a credit card but i really want to buy something. Do you guys accept any other forms of payment?
We do! We accept PayPal as a valid form of payment.(Please note that NON-instant Pay Pal payments may take 2-7 days to clear). Also, we accept check or money order. To order, just download our handy dandy mail in order form below, fill it out and mail it to us. To ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately, please review all of the information on the mail in order form before submitting to Glamour Kills.
* Glamour Kills Clothing accepts no responsibility for lost money orders/cash. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you insure your package and request a tracking number.
* Make ALL money orders payable to Glamour Kills Clothing.
* We currently do not accept mail in orders outside of the Domestic United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

7. I accidently entered the wrong shipping address how do I change it?
Don’t panic! Simply contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery.
If we are not able to change the size/style before it is shipped, you will have to follow the Return/Exchange form located HERE once the order arrives to you.

8. I just received an error message while attempting to place my order. Did my order go through?
This error generally occurs when the information you are placing under the billing information section of this order does not exactly match the information that would be on your credit card billing statement. Although there may be "pending" charges in your account. You will NOT be charged for these. It may take anywhere between 2-10 days for these attempted charged to clear. 9. How can I make a return/exchange, and what is your return policy?
You must follow the return/exchange form located below. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the ship to date. Please review our web site for style and size availability. All clothing or denim returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. All denim returns/exchanges must have all hang tags still attached. All sales are final for any pre-orders, sale items, bikinis, board shorts, back-packs, jewelry, socks, under garments, and CD's unless otherwise noted in the items description. You will be notified via email once your return has shipped or once you have been refunded. Orders that were placed with payment methods other than Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, will receive store credit. If you are requesting an exchange and would like your new order shipped to an address other than your original shipping address, please include that information in the "comments" section located on the bottom of the return/exchange form.

12. How can i know when a particular item is about to be restocked or discontinued?
Our website always shows our current stock. If an item is going to be discontinued, it will say "clearance", "last chance" or "final pressing" on the items description. Restock times will vary depending on the item. For any restock questions about specific items, please email customerservice@glamourkills.com.
13. Why am I having trouble logging into my account? / I forgot my password.
Try enabling cookies on your web browser and make sure your computer is able to read Java Script. Also, confirm that you have your correct login and password. When you create an account, we suggest you jot down your login and password in a secure location so you don't forget. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the sign in section. 14. Where do I enter my Promotional Coupon Code? / I cannot get my Coupon Code to work.
Promotional coupon codes can be entered at the billing information screen. Please note coupon codes will not work for any pre-orders, band collabs, special event items, or if noted on the items description.
15. How do your sizes run?/How will they fit?
Snug as a bug in a rug! You can check out our size chart HERE. Please note that the measurements we give in our size chart may have a variance of about an inch. The description on the detail page of each shirt in our store will indicate which type of shirt that particular design is printed on. Generally, you may experience some shrinkage in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton-poly tee.
16. Is your web site secure?
We sure are! Glamour Kills takes security issues very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information.
17. How can I intern with Glamour Kills?
One of the best ways to break into the Fashion/Marketing/Music industry and get the experience required to move up to the more prestigious positions is to become an intern. Particularly for students, being an intern can provide you with excellent on-the-job experience, letters of recommendation and even the possibility of college credit once the internship ends. If you are interested in becoming a seasonal Intern for Glamour Kills Clothing, please send an email to Interns@glamourkills.com. Please include a quick bio about yourself, what you are currently studying or will be studying in the near future. Please include contact information and a reason as to why you are interested in interning for us. All interns must be able to commute to our offices in New York, New York.
18. Will Glamour Kills Sponsor my band?
We are huge supporters of music. Although we would love to provide every single artist that messages us or meets us at events with an endorsement, it is simply not possible. If you think you’ve "got what it takes" please send a quick bio and some links, or music attachments to sponsorships@glamourkills.com. We love to keep up with new and up-coming artists as well as follow the growth of the bands we’ve worked with throughout the years.
19. Do you guys give out free stuff?
Yes we do! We do our best to ensure that every single order that leaves our warehouse is chock full of goodies like stickers, posters and more.

21. What are the rules for winning a Glamour Kills Contest?
CONTEST RULES
To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Glamour Kills Clothing contestants, the following are the official rules for all contests on Glamour Kills Clothing websites.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners
Winners of random email contests will be chosen at random from emails received.
Entrants must send entries using the correct contest entry email address, subject line, and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Glamour Kills Clothing is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by Glamour Kills Clothing for any reason, as potential contest winners.
Winners of all contests will be contacted at the "sender" email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Glamour Kills Clothing will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.
Only one entry per email address used to send the email will be considered for contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest posting. Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses.
Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Glamour Kills Clothing from the winning sender email address within 15 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Glamour Kills Clothing is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
2. Submission of photo, text or other content for Contests
Entries selected for display and to win "best of" contests and any other contests requiring photo, text or other content from the entrants will be judged entirely at the discretion of Glamour Kills Clothing.
By submitting any photo or information to Glamour Kills Clothing, you hereby grant to Glamour Kills Clothing and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Glamour Kills Clothing includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo;
By submitting any photo or information to Glamour Kills Clothing, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Glamour Kills Clothing herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances;
You acknowledge and agree that Glamour Kills Clothing shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to Glamour Kills Clothing;
You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to Glamour Kills Clothing may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to Glamour Kills Clothing. By submitting any photo or information to Glamour Kills Clothing, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to Glamour Kills Clothing.
You hereby agree to hold Glamour Kills Clothing and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Glamour Kills Clothing site, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo or information submitted to Glamour Kills Clothing by you;
Photos or information submitted by you to the site shall be the property of Glamour Kills Clothing, and Glamour Kills Clothing shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information so submitted.
3. Awarding Prizes
Each prizewinner must supply Glamour Kills Clothing with his/her legal name, mailing address, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.
Neither Glamour Kills Clothing, Glamour Kills Clothing sponsors, nor employees of Glamour Kills Clothing or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Glamour Kills Clothing is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Glamour Kills Clothing.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Glamour Kills Clothing may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Management, employees and families of Glamour Kills Clothing are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Glamour Kills Clothing.
