All returns/exchanges will be honored up to 30 days after the purchase date,
and must be returned in New Condition (un-washed with the hang tag still
attached). For Domestic exchanges, include a check for $10.00 made out to
Glamour Kills Clothing to cover the cost of shipping your new item(s). For
exchanges outside of the United States, please include a check for $15.00.
Feel free to contact us if other payment arrangements must be made.
If a mistake has been made on our end or if one of our products was sent to
you damaged from shipping. You do not have to send any form of payment when
returning the product(s).

to reach our staff regarding orders is via email. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that
you forward or include the confirmation email you received when placing the
order in all emails. It speeds things up on our end, and makes the whole
return process speedy and effiicent.
